We visit your home and talk to you about the scope of your project and your budget. 

We put together a comprehensive proposal with all costings and timelines based on your home visit.

You sign off on the proposal and we agree on a start date which is covered by QBCC Home Warranty Scheme. 

We manage all the tradespeople to work at a time that is convenient for you. We also conduct weekly inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and that the project is progressing as planned. We then send you an email update every week.

We conduct a thorough final inspection to ensure all jobs  within the scope of work have been completed to a high standard.

To keep your home looking Spruced up, we will work out and agree upon a maintainance schedule to do such things as wash down, re clear deck, freshen up railings etc.
